Refundable Rate:

• Free Cancellation and Full Refund:
  If the booking is canceled no later than 1 day before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.


• Partial Refund:
  If the booking is canceled within 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of the first night. In case of a No Show, the no-show fee will be equal to the cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Rate:

• All bookings made under this policy are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.


• Changes to the Reservation:
  Date changes or modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.


• No-Show Policy:
  If the guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount will be retained, and the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Guest Complaints Upon Arrival:
If you are dissatisfied with the property, you must contact us within 24 hours of check-in. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund under the non-refundable policy.
Refunds or compensation will only be considered in cases of major discrepancies between the listing and actual condition, and each case will be reviewed individually. 

Refund:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 5 business days of the cancellation.
